CIA First Start Season as U10s and U12s Join Soccer League

The 2014 Phnom penh crown Soccer Schools leagues kicked off  Saturday with Games for U10s, U12s and U15s with CIA First U10s and U12s taking on their PPCFC counterparts. In the first game CIA U12s raced to a 6-0 lead before a second half fight back from PPC reduced the scores to 6-2. Late on CIA extended their lead and finished the game 8-4. Man of the match Lim Virayuth from Grade 8 scored 4 goals with a brace each from Basil Brown and Rathanak both of Grade 5.

PPC U10s avenged the earlier lose in the second game as they pomped CIA U10s 6-1. CIA took the lead through an own goal hand held on to the lead for much of the first half before PPC danger boy Aeleaf inspired his side to take a 2-1 first half lead. 4 goals in the second half was enough to give ppcfc U10s the win. With Most of the CIA U10 playing their first game the experience will help them get better as the league progresses.
