We cook fresh and healthy food everyday.

At CIA FIRST, our canteen is dedicated to offering a diverse and nutritious menu to cater to the tastes and health needs of our students. We serve a variety of cuisines, including Khmer, Chinese, Thai, and Western dishes. In addition, we provide healthy meal plans and a selection of drinks such as milk, tea, fresh juices and many homemade beverages. As part of our commitment to student health, energy drinks and pre-packaged prohibited snacks are strictly forbidden on school premises.

Our vision is to be an example for school canteens, where healthy eating and nutritious meals are our utmost important goal.  We aim to introduce our students and other customers to delicious food options from cuisines around the world.  We envision a future where all our consumers have access to healthy food, leading to better lifestyle and overall health.  We strive to be the best role model of school canteens in the country.

Commitment to Food Hygiene and Safety

Food hygiene is our top priority. We ensure that our canteen staff dress professionally to avoid contact with harmful contamination before preparing food. We take extra precautions in preparing our vegetables and meat by utilizing a powerful water machine, Enagic LeveLuk Super 501 (Kangen Alkaline Water Machine), imported from Japan to guarantee cleanliness and safety.

HACCP Certified

Grade A HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) for all CIA Canteen campuses. We have yearly inspections and are graded by Ministry of Health officers.
